“We laughed through the ceremony – my dad was standing on my dress as we walked down the isle, one best man almost broke a vase and as I finally reached Rizz, another best man slammed a windy door and made a joke about being late!”

The Music: Tara Flanagan – “a student at Guildford ACM was found by my brother who is also a student. He put an ad in the student union and had people return which he then forwarded to me. I loved Tara’s voice and tone and she sent me the most beautiful set list. She also willingly learnt and had her own rendition of the song I walked down the isle to which Rizz proposed to me to ‘my love is your lover’. “As I had 8 bridesmaids who are all very different personalities the specifications of the dresses was black and floor lengthed. I wanted them to chose their own dresses – there were different styles across them all so they felt comfortable and happy with what they wore. They all looked amazing.”

Evening Music: “We always knew we’d like to have a live band – we feel it gives a real good buzz and atmosphere to the day/evening. We worked together on finalising a set list which we thought would get people on the dance floor and entertain across all age groups whilst keeping the songs to what we listen to and enjoy.
