Terms & Conditions for Photoshoot Voucher

Terms and Conditions; 

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable. They are valid until the date shown on voucher. It is the clients responsibility to book a shoot before the date shown on voucher, taking into account the possibility of rescheduling due to weather. If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the photoshoot from taking place, another date will be arranged.
• In the unlikely event that I, The Photographer must reschedule, I will email further dates (even if outside of the 8 month valid period) to ensure the photoshoot is completed. The client is wholly responsible for booking dates and correspondence with the photographer. 
• The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only the original voucher is accepted. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers. 
• Travel is included anywhere within a 7 mile radius of Kingston Upon Thames (KT1 2TN)
• Payment for vouchers can be made by BACS. Gift vouchers must be paid for at the time of purchase.
• Pricing: The prices listed are in (GBP) Pound Sterling and include taxes. All prices are correct at time of publishing.
• All the images from the photoshoot will remain private and are shared on a password protected gallery. I will ask the clients permission before sharing any of the images.
• I retain copyright for all images taken on any photoshoot, except for pre-agreed commercial shoots. The gift vouchers entitle you to make gifts and prints at home or through the website. It is not permitted to sell them, edit them or enter them in to any competitions as your own. Permission may be granted to enter them into such competitions where they do not need to be ‘your own work’.
• All copyright of images taken on any photoshoot remains with Eleanor Joy Photography

The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
