I met Jack in sixth form back when we were reckless teenagers and got banned from Sainsburys…. (another story for another time). 10 years on and he’s marrying the most gorgeous girl called Georgia who was an absolute joy to photograph. (You both were, but especially you Georgia ;-))
Lovekyn Chapel- Wedding Photographer Kingston
Their wedding was lively, fun and colourful . Their ceremony took place in the heart of Kingston Upon Thames, inside a tiny chapel called ‘Lovekyn Chapel’. Its a cute little building and can fit up to 60 guests. Therefore, the ceremony was personal and intimate. Georgia’s family have lived in Kingston for a number of generations and it was important to them that they say their vows close to home.
The Attire
Georgia wore a dress by Adrianna Papell called Ava which she found at ‘Love me do Brides’ . The bridesmaids were in multiway dresses from a shop called ‘Pretty Infinity’ found on Etsy. I was amazed to find out that the dresses were handmade and Georgia sang the praises of the ladies that worked for ‘Pretty Infinity’ saying they were extremely helpful in the lead up to the wedding.
Jack and his groomsmen wore navy suits from M&S and their tie and pocket squares were bought from ‘Swagger and Swoon’.
After doing a few group photos at Lovekyn Chapel we headed to the 4th Worcester Park Scout’s field in Worcester park where a beautiful Nordic Tipi was awaiting their guests. There were lawn games in the afternoon and our local ice cream man popped along to ensure everyone got an ice cream. Kingstonian Ice Cream.
In the evening they had a saxophone player called Saxman Diggle who kept the party alive until the DJ turned up.
